Domain & DNS
Who actually owns your domain, who can log in to the registrar, when it renews, and whether your DNS records are clean and correct.
One-time fee • No subscription
A one-time check-up of the technology your business runs on: your domain, email, passwords, backups, devices and Wi-Fi. You get a plain-English report of what is solid, what is risky and exactly what to fix first.
Who actually owns your domain, who can log in to the registrar, when it renews, and whether your DNS records are clean and correct.
SPF, DKIM and DMARC records so your email lands in inboxes and cannot be easily spoofed, plus how mailboxes and shared logins are set up.
Two-factor authentication on the accounts that matter, password manager use, shared passwords, and old staff who still have access.
What is backed up, where it lives, how often it runs, and whether a restore has ever actually been tested.
SSL, software updates, uptime, speed, backups and who holds the keys to your website and hosting account.
Operating system updates, screen locks, disk encryption and antivirus on your work computers and phones, checked with you over a video call.
Router admin password, firmware updates, Wi-Fi encryption and a separate guest network, walked through with you on screen share.
Every tool and subscription you pay for, who owns each account, what overlaps, and what you could cancel.
A one-hour video call about your business, your team, the tools you use and what is bugging you.
We review everything on the list remotely, with read-only access where we need it and screen share for the rest.
A plain-English written report with every finding rated urgent, soon or fine, and a prioritized action plan.
A one-hour call to go through the report together, plus 30 days of email follow-up for your questions.
Most small businesses set up their tech one piece at a time: a domain bought years ago, email someone else configured, passwords on sticky notes, backups nobody has tested. It works, until it doesn’t.
One check-up shows you where you stand. You find out who really owns your domain and accounts, whether your email can be spoofed, and what would happen if a laptop died tomorrow, before it becomes an emergency.
There is no upsell built in. The report is yours to act on however you like: do it yourself, hand it to your own IT person, or have us take care of it.
No. IT Consulting is a one-time fee for the check-up, the written report and the walkthrough call. There is nothing to renew or cancel.
Only if you want us to. The report is written so you or your own IT person can work through it. If you would rather we handle it, we quote the fixes separately or work through them at $75 CAD per hour.
No, everything is done remotely by video call and screen share, so it works the same in Prince Albert, Saskatoon, Regina, Halifax or Montreal.
No. You stay logged in and share your screen, or you give us read-only or temporary access that you remove afterward. We never ask you to email passwords.
The one-time fee covers businesses with up to 10 people. Larger teams or multiple locations get a custom quote.
